The opportunity:

In this position, you will be given the opportunity to drive process change, ensuring AIA NZ's customer-centric processes are necessary, efficient, streamlined and fit for the future.

Key responsibilities include:

Process design and engineering, applying Lean/Six Sigma principles where applicable

Identifying enhancements/opportunities for new tech through data and insights

Process interrogation and redesign, establishing new world class digital-led processes

Driving change management capabilities across the organisation with a digital-led mindset

Identifying opportunities to drive business performance and extract business value

Risk management

Interpreting and analysing complex data, providing commentary and insights

Identifying and investigating data quality issues.

Ideally, you'll bring:

Substantial experience in a similar role within the Financial/Insurance industry

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Superior relationship management experience, with a proven ability to develop deep relationships at all levels internally and externally

Excellent negotiation and influencing skills

Experience using SQL and Microsoft Excel

Lean/Six Sigma expertise and knowledge (advantage).
