Job Description:

The Digital Process Engineer (PE) is an entry level role into the Digital Technologies Department of the Cape Girardeau Family Care organization, reporting to the Digital Solutions Director. This department has two distinct functions, 1) Ensure Digital Compliance and 2) Innovate through Digital Value Creation. The Digital PE plays a critical role in delivering the business needs each day. This role is an onsite role in the Cape Girardeau Family Care Manufacturing Plant.


Key Responsibilities:

Learning the existing production equipment to enable the compliance and data quality of the digital tools and systems that are currently being utilized in the plant. This is accomplished through attending several Family Care Technical Training programs.Ownership of specific digital tools and systems, which would include compliance and ongoing upgrades as needed.Partnering with each of the manufacturing departments to eliminate losses using digital tools and systems.Provide training to others on the use of digital tools and systems.Provide technical knowledge and creating deliverables for Digital Value Creation projects.The Digital PE would be interacting with all departments in the plant to impact the day-to-day life of the organization.


 

Job Qualifications

Bachelor or Master's degree in and Engineering, Computer Science or ITAbility to travel 10%-25% of the timeWilling to relocate throughout the career0-3 years of experience
