Partner with internal account teams to effectively manage project responsibilities and deliverables for all digital advertising, web builds, mobile apps and more.Assist in the creation of clear documentation, including project plans, budgets, scheduling, and statements of work.Assist with budget management and monthly reporting. Coordinate internal and external project resources to consistently meet client deliverables on time and within budget.Partner with Account lead to gather all required project assets from a client for delivery to internal departments.Maintain working files/records on all projects.Identify, communicate and propose a resolution of any issues to appropriate team members to ensure project success.Qualifications:

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with internal account teams to effectively manage project responsibilities and deliverables for all digital advertising, web builds, mobile apps and moreAssist in the creation of clear documentation, including project plans, budgets, scheduling, and statements of workAssist with budget management and monthly reportingCoordinate internal and external project resources to consistently meet client deliverables on time and within budgetActively contribute and lead team meetings regarding scheduling and deliverablesPartner with Account lead to gather all required project assets from client for delivery to internal departmentsAssist in the coordination of regular site changes and updatesMaintain working files/records on all projectsEnsure the achievement of timelines, schedules and deadlinesIdentify, communicate and propose resolution of any issues to appropriate team members to ensure project successAssist the creation of detailed Scope of Work documents, Project Plans and estimates for new business opportunitiesEnsure the highest-quality standards by performing quality control and testing on all client workStay current with interactive trends, and apply them proactively to meet client needsSupervisory Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
(Preferred): Bachelor’s of Arts & Media
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Digital Marketing, prefer
2-3 years of experience as a producer
