**Position Title:** Digital Product Analyst (Order Management Services – Payment + Tax + Fraud)
**Overview**
We seek a diligent, dedicated Product Analyst to support the evolution of Bath & Body Works' Payment, Tax, and Fraud platforms. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient transaction processing, tax compliance, and fraud prevention across stores and e-commerce.
As a Product Analyst, you will collaborate with key stakeholders—including engineering, finance, legal, risk, and compliance teams—to gather business requirements, define product needs, and support the successful delivery of platform enhancements. You will play a crucial role in enhancing in-house payment and tax solutions and supporting the selection and integration of a new fraud prevention platform in 2025.

**Responsibilities**
+ Manage product lifecycle for assigned products with the direction of the Product Owner
+ Partner with Product Owner to determine key product features that achieve business objectives
+ Gather and write user stories and acceptance criteria based on partner needs
+ Maintain industry knowledge and insight to inform product roadmap
+ Identify dependencies and impacts to other areas of the product when working through requirements
+ Proxy for Product Owner when they are unavailable
+ Coordinates and performs UAT with an eye for customer experience
+ Create materials and train internal customers on new features
+ Manage 3rd party solutions to build and increase product capabilities
+ Execute AB tests and analyze findings
+ Set-up data for lower-level environments in support of Development Team
+ Point of contact for Development Team when requirement questions arise
+ Analyze support issues to identify trends and improvement opportunities
+ Ensure platform stability and operational integrity via participation in team-based on-call rotations and defect triage
Qualifications
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 2-4 years Product Management, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role experience
+ 3+ years digital experience
+ Strong technical understanding, ability to translate to non-technical partners
+ Organized with strong attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall SDLC environments
+ Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for product documentation and backlog management
+ Hands-on experience with payment processing, tax compliance, or fraud prevention platforms
+ Familiarity with payment gateways, fraud detection tools, tax calculation engines, and regulatory compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.)
+ Familiarity with order management systems (OMS), payment processing, and in-store digital tools
+ Experience partnering with and managing third-party vendors and technology providers
+ General **business and financial acumen,** with an understanding of **transaction processing and fraud mitigation strategies**
+ Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and a high **curiosity for learning and continuous improvement**
+ Experience in a dynamic retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel environment
+ Bachelor's degree in business, or related field
