WHAT TO EXPECT

The Digital Product Coordinator is a central liaison between technical and business teams, coordinating the roadmap, development, and continuous improvement of our portfolio of digital products across the Business Performance Insights team (BPI). This is a key role to align technical work with business needs, ensuring efficient project tracking and supporting smooth communication across teams.

The role requires a highly organised individual with strong communication skills and experience coordinating cross-functional projects. Able to manage multiple digital products simultaneously, aligning technical and business priorities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Strategic Roadmap Management: develop and maintain a roadmap for each digital product in BPI, collaborating with business stakeholders to prioritise features and align product evolution with strategic goals. Project Tracking & Risk Management: oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and coordinating with technical and business teams to address potential issues. Milestone & Deliverable Accountability: define key milestones with technical and business teams, ensuring timely progress and facilitating resource adjustments as needed to stay on schedule. Cross-functional Communication: act as the primary liaison between technical and business teams, providing regular status updates and ensuring all parties are aligned on project objectives and timelines. Feedback & Continuous Improvement: establish feedback loops with users and business stakeholders to refine products, incorporating real-world insights into future roadmap updates and product enhancements.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Project Coordination: proven experience managing multiple projects or digital products, including tracking progress, defining milestones, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Product Road mapping: strong ability to develop and maintain roadmaps for digital products, aligning them with business priorities and user feedback. Cross-functional Communication: excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and business teams, translating requirements and providing status updates. Technical familiarity with dashboards: working knowledge of dashboard and data visualisation tools like Tableau, and experience with project management tools such as planner and JIRA. Feedback Integration: experience establishing feedback loops, gathering user insights, and iteratively improving products.

Creating Modern Luxury requires a modern approach to work. At JLR, hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement providing employees more choice and flexibility around how, when and where they work. Applicants from all backgrounds are welcome. If you’re unsure that you meet the full criteria of a role – but you're interested in where it could take you – we still encourage you to apply. We believe in people's ability to grow and develop within their role – it’s what makes living the exceptional with soul possible.
