This role is part of our Digital Experience Department (DEX) which dedicates to providing our customers with exceptional digital experiences that are seamlessly integrated into our brand.
As the Digital Product Delivery Manager, you should support the transformation of our product delivery practices, enabling faster, more efficient delivery of digital solutions that enhance both customer experience and business outcomes.
You will play a key role in implementing and evolving our Product Operating Model, promoting agility and continuous improvement. Your mission is to build and coach high-performing product teams to deliver initiatives that enhance business value and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include implementing delivery frameworks, coaching teams, facilitating key ceremonies, and driving improvements in delivery practices. You'll aim to create an environment that allows teams to excel while focusing on business outcomes.
As the delivery champion, you'll collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and senior stakeholders to optimize processes and eliminate barriers to success. You'll define and implement metrics to track team performance and identify improvement opportunities.
A key focus will be on coaching product teams to reach their full potential, establishing coaching programs and feedback loops to boost effectiveness. Your goal is to leverage data-driven insights to enhance delivery practices and team performance.

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field8+ years of experience in product delivery or agile coaching roles5+ years of people management experience3+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile CoachStrong understanding of Product Operating Models and agile delivery frameworksProven track record of building and coaching high-performing product teamsExperience with agile collaboration tools and delivery metricsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellence in spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageousPersonal & Application Information
