As a GTE_EICE Engineering Digital Products Engineer, you will be responsible for developing digital environment for data exchange with the aim to enhance engineering execution efficiency and product quality.

Collaboration with other GTE-ENG Digital Transformation Leaders, EICE Digital Transformation and Team Leaders  will be key to success.

The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of Engineering infrastructure, project and program execution, operation methodologies, coupled with target oriented and structured approach.

You will be responsible for developing and executing improvements and new capabilities for EICE Team in order to optimize processes and enhance efficiency contributing to EICE priorities achievement.

You will be requested also to bring fresh ideas to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Essential Responsibilities

Supporting Digital Transformation initiatives by building dashboards for deliverables and KPIs monitoring and contribute to benefits collection and verificationDelivering process weekly routine execution, through expiring deliverables data collection and sharing with PLs, dashboards and reports preparation, feedbacks analysis and follow-up for on-time closureInjecting fresh ideas for use of digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence features to develop tools and automatic functions for process roadblocks removal and manual activities reduction with the aim to increase ENG efficiency and quality.Collaborating with other EICE and GTE-ENG leaders to develop Proof of Concept tools (e.g. for Workload Management) and produce effective presentations

To be successful in this role you will have:

Have a degree in engineering or computer science.Have a fluency in Italian and English languagesHave passion and good knowledge of digital technology and Artificial Intelligence applications, especially in design automation. Sound experience or proficiency certificates will be appreciatedHave basic knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies.Have ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
