The Digital PM Lead Analyst is a VP (C13) level position in Citi’s Enterprise Data Office and Data Transformation organization. The organization is responsible for an enterprise-wide effort to transform and strengthen the firm’s data, modernize data infrastructure while simplifying the data operating model and executing the strategic priorities for the firm. The EDO defines and enforces data-related policies and standards across Citi and equips the firm with the tools required to take ownership and accountability for data governance and management. This role is sitting in the EDO Data Solutions team and is responsible for the product management of data governance capabilities required to support the data transformation. **Responsibilities:** + Engage with business users and stakeholders, collect, analyze and document business requirements + Break down high level business requirements into user stories, write user stories and groom user stories with technology teams + Act as a product owner, manage sprint backlog, participate agile events and manage daily interaction with business users and technology teams + Identify and resolve issues and blockers in a timely manner, ensure product deliverables are on track and on time + Coordinate UAT testing with technology and business users + Conduct data analysis to document business requirements at the right level + Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate effective communication with business and technology partners **Qualifications:** + Deep knowledge in data modeling, database design, data warehouse, data pipeline, and data visualization + Demonstrated experience in data governance and data management + 3-5 year experience in managing and delivering digital or data solutions + 1-3 year Product Owner experience (data product management experience preferred) + Agile/Scrum/SAFe training (PO/PM certification preferred) + Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with/influence both business and technical partners + Excellent data analysis skills and demonstrated experience in data analysis tools (MS Excel, SQL, Python, or others) + Professional experience in financial services + Can do attitude, ready to roll up sleeves and solve any problem at hand **Education:** + Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Product Management and Development ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Digital Product Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Tampa Florida United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $125,600.00 - $188,400.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
