We are looking for product and client champions to help us craft the future of Schwab’s digital platforms. 

 

As a Digital Product Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders throughout the firm to elicit and evaluate their needs and help determine how best our team can deliver excellent solutions. You will also play an integral role in working with our internal team members across our entire product suite to help build and manage our opportunity backlog.

The team is responsible for:

Strategy – Setting ambitious and clear production vision for designing re-usable utilities across multiple journeysExecution - On all aspects of technology product development including the definition, creation, development and implementation through a prioritized backlog of product featuresClient Focus – Develop a deep understanding of the target market, build close relationships with key stakeholders and define business strategy Digital Lending Experiences – Collaborate with design, technology and business partners to build digital experiences that our clients are passionate about 

 

What you’ll do:

Support execution of the product roadmap. Lead discovery and requirements definition to translate product vision into specific deliverables. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on client needs and business goals Foster in-depth understanding of client needs, informed by user research, competitive analysis and the internal / external product landscape, to help drive product-market fitPartner with stakeholders to ensure product features align with business priorities; help develop presentations to regularly communicate product insights and metrics to leadershipWork closely with other product teams across the organization to ensure key dependencies are identified Develop actionable, data-driven insights to deliver actionable recommendations Frame challenges as problems that are solved through critical thinking and collaborationMonitor key metrics to measure success of product initiatives and identify areas of improvement; clearly synthesize results, insights and recommendations What you have

Required Qualifications:

Strong digital product management skills; 3-5 years of experience in product management or similar fieldEffective relationship builder; ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various personality types at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, identify opportunities, and drive recommendations Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex messages and present to leadershipEmotional intelligence; ability to manage uncertainty through challenging projects and processesSelf-starter with outstanding organizational skills and ability to track multiple projects in parallelComfort in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:
