About the team:
This is a unique leadership opportunity for an analytical, creative, and experienced individual to make a big impact on Gartner’s client experience as part our Global Product Management team. Our mission is to create effortless, customer-centric, habit-forming digital experiences that enable clients to solve their mission critical priorities. We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver to lead a team of product managers and partner with engineering team, data scientists and designers to build and improve Gartner’s customer experience platform.
What you will do:
Understand customer needs and pain-points through qualitative research, quantitative analysis and synthesize into product opportunities
Serve as product owner and lead a scrum team of data scientist, engineers, business analyst, and designers
Prioritize projects and features based on impact and alignment with the team’s long-term goals and strategy.
Design, build, launch and assess product iterations and build upon the learnings.
Analyse MVP and experiment data and synthesize into findings and actionable insights
What you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA (or equivalent) will be a plus
3-5 years of overall experience, 2+ years of experience in digital product management
Demonstrated ability to translate qualitative and quantitative analysis into actionable business strategies
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of business, data science and technical stakeholders.
Strong working knowledge of lean product principles and software development lifecycle
Outstanding project management skills (projects involving internal and external stakeholders) with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside your comfort zone, with bias for action and shipping
