At EY, we believe that whoever you are, your uniqueness helps us stand apart. We bring together extraordinary individuals, like you, to build a better working world.

What’s in it for you?

As a Digital Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and commercialisation of technology solutions, collaborating with various departments to drive product adoption and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

Prepare high-quality business cases using established standards and methodologies, and analyse costs, benefits, and risks associated with proposed products. Co-develop go-to-market strategies, including user analysis, product positioning, and promotional initiatives with Marketing and the Business, and drive initiatives to increase adoption, including training and communication plans tailored to user needs. Partner with technical, marketing, and business teams to align product strategies, build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct market research to evaluate customer demand, competitor landscape, and emerging trends, and collaborate with the Product Director to develop strategies for product penetration and recommend investment priorities based on market insights. Manage project budgets, align resources with key objectives, and collaborate with the Business, Tax Quality, and technical teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and commercialisation, and monitor financial performance against budgets, providing corrective recommendations as needed
