Platform Development & Rollout Support
Contribute to the rollout of three digital platforms (Allyz Cyber, Allyz Assist, Allyz Next) across multiple European countries. Support the creation and refinement of requirements for new features and enhancements. Collaborate with development teams to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain project milestones.Project Management & Coordination
Assist in managing projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources. Schedule and facilitate project meetings, track progress, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.Configuration & Stakeholder Collaboration
Follow up on configuration tasks and technical developments with internal teams (IT, UX/UI, Innovation, Content) to ensure timely delivery. Prepare clear and concise onboarding materials for local country teams, ensuring all stakeholders understand platform functionalities.What you bring
Required Qualifications:
Education: Pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Project Coordination Skills: Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus. Technical Aptitude: Comfort with digital platforms and willingness to learn new software/tools quickly. Languages: Fluent in English.What we offer
