Your mission is to deliver tools that empower sales representatives, improve customer interactions, and increase revenue. **You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:** + **Product Strategy & Vision:** Define the product vision and strategy for custom digital solutions that align with sales goals and company objectives. + **Roadmap Development:** Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and stakeholder input. + **Requirements Gathering:** Partner with sales leaders to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and translate requirements into actionable features. + **Execution & Delivery:** Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with UX designers, product owners, journey managers, and data teams to create user-centric solutions that drive sales effectiveness and efficiency. + **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Utilize analytics to measure product success, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to improve adoption and performance. + **Training & Support:** Enable the sales organization through product training, documentation, and continuous support. **Requirements:** + 3+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably with a focus on sales or enterprise tools. + Strong understanding of B2B2C sales processes, CRM platforms, and digital technology trends. + Ability to work in an agile environment and manage competing priorities. + Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities. + 25% travel for research and sales engagements. + Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus. _Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer._ Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled We endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
