This role will be responsible for integrated website experiences for all public websites under the Sanford Health umbrella. This person will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and the product and experience team on strategies and priorities for web properties as well as support, groom, and prioritize work with the Engineering team sprint process.

Summary

The Digital Product Manager plays a critical role representing the customer’s voice throughout the product development lifecycle and user journey. Establish and evangelize the vision and strategy for assigned digital products, clearly articulate the “why” behind the product experiences, and own the digital product roadmaps. Bridge technology, business requirements, and customer needs to create remarkable digital experiences that satisfy user's jobs to be done, drive business value, and produce desired outcomes in a desirable, viable, and feasible manner. Collaborate with digital design, digital development, and data & analytics counterparts to align and coordinate efforts for effective delivery.      

Job Description

Develops the vision for the product roadmap. Manages the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog prioritization. Manages multiple sources of intake and demand, sifts through the "noise" to determine priorities that will drive the best results.

Serves as the designated point of contact for assigned digital products for both internal and external customers. Meets regularly with consumers, clinicians, business stakeholders, and technical counterparts.

Participates in the development of objectives and key results (OKRs) to inform business priorities and align with digital product efforts. Accountable for product strategy success in support of key results. Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and qualitative feedback to iteratively improve performance of digital products.

Coordinate with other Product Managers to ensure cross-product alignment. Identify and navigate appropriate tradeoffs and compromises for iterative and continuous delivery of value.

Participates in build, buy, or partner evaluations and vendor integration evaluations in collaboration with digital design, digital development, and other stakeholders.

Leads market research efforts. Proactively reviews peer and competitor digital landscape. Familiarity with themes, trends, and emerging technologies. Facilitates discovery sprints and curates insights from user and usability testing, surveys, interviews, and analytics as it pertains to relevant digital products and experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in lieu of degree management may consider 6 years of relevant and progressive experience.

Preferred experience:

3 years of experience in product management3 years experience with agile development methodology2 years in the Healthcare IndustryKnowledge of software development lifecycle, from planning to delivery


Product management certification preferred.
