Your RoleWe are looking for a passionate Digital Product Marketing Specialist who will drive the Technogym App product evolution by maximizing the customer journey and user experience for end-users and professional users, in line with the Technogym process, starting from company guidelines and liaising with PMs, Network Sales Specialists and all other actors in the development process.
Your Impact LISTEN TO THE MARKET & COLLECT INPUT – Interview and collect requests and feedback from customers using the product in real contexts; analyze competitors; structure requests from all internal actors of the development process LEAD MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM TO A PRODUCT CONCEPT – Coordinate the internal departments and external competencies which contribute to the creation of new products concepts; verify the perceived value of the proposed product concept on customers PRODUCT SPECS and ROADMAP for INCREMENTAL DEVELOPMENT – define the main behavior of the product and the evolution of feature development that allows early deployment and collection of feedback from real users in the field while maximizing the profit for the company. PRODUCT ECONOMICS – Based on the roadmap and the input collected from the market and internally (e.g. sales team), define the pricing and the expected volumes of sales COORDINATE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT – Ensure that all specifications and materials needed for the development are produced by the different areas in time for the product development; evaluate and decide trade-offs on product specs during the development phase. Ensure compliance with development time and costs PRODUCT LAUNCH & INCREMENTAL COMMUNICATION – Define the product launch plan and coordinate its execution with the communication, marketing, and other departments; on regular basis prepare the most effective communication material to present the new incremental features to the sales team and customers About You Masters Degree in Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Economics & Business Administration At least 2 years’ experience in project management At least 2 years’ experience in computers, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and database applications At least 2 years’ experience building & maintaining strong, working relationships At least 1 years of presentation experience 10% Travel Annually Fluency in English Technogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
