Act as Digital Product Owner for data-driven solutions or digital products for China markets. You will work with China local business stakeholders, local and global digital teams, external partners to define and manage the requirements of digital products or solutions that using AI/ML or other relevant algorithms.
Education / 教育背景
---Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, data science, business administration or equivalent.
Experience /经验
---At least 5 years’ experience in the fields of agile project management/PMO leadership in the medical or manufacturing industry or Internet/technology industry, preferably in the area of digitization
---At least 3 years’ experience in data science
Other skills /其他技能
---Very good understanding of the Chinese digital ecosystem (relevant players, typical standards, user expectations) in B2B and B2C
---Knowledge about big data, data science or AI/Machine Learning
---Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
---Strong understanding background of IT and digital product development process
---Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
---Proven ability to manage interpersonal relationships, and excellent communication skills
---Other qualifications/certifications that are a plus: Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner,
Design Thinking, GPM Level B, or comparable practical experience
---Fluent in Chinese and English
