Digital Product Owner

Act as Digital Product Owner of Zeiss Digital Platform for global solution rollout and potential internal/external digital projects. You will work with China local business stakeholders, local and global digital team to mapping, bridging the requirement and suiteable global solution. Define adoption strategy, rollout roadmap and execute. Together with global colleagues, manage global solution product backlog. You will also work with other stakeholders for internal or external digital projects. And active communication and onboarding support/rollout of new solutions.

Education / 教育背景
---Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, product/industrial design, information management, automation or a similar field.

Experience /经验
---8+ years experience in a similar position where you gathered strong experience in design and administration of global solution / application rollout.
---Fluent English skills is a must.
---Strong technical and logical thinking, good communication skills and collaboration ability.
---Able to work independently and as a team member.
---Able to work under pressure.
---Technical background / people management / relevant working experiences are a strong plus.

---Knowledges about Chinese digital ecosystem (relevant players, typical standards, user expectations) in B2C and B2B
---Professional, reliable working style “delivering to promise”
---Excellent learning skills and open to uncertainty and challenges
---Customer oriented and data driven thinking.
