About the role
As the Digital Product Owner, your key focus will be to define the Product Roadmap, priorities and clarity of the outcomes expected and maximise the value of the product offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the voice of the customer Carry out detailed analysis of the business/ customer needs, requirements, impact, scope, risks, and benefits Own the product roadmap and ensure it aligns product roadmap to strategic goals. Determine scope and direct the team in terms of epics and features to guide the scrum team Bring to life what change is required and what outcomes we are trying to achieve Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams. Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
Skills & Experience
Excellent knowledge of agile scrum methodology and practices Able to apply agile analysis techniques specifically for defining and creating user stories and acceptance criteria Experience in using analysis tools & techniques including wireframes and business process modelling Experience of working in a technical/e-commerce environment Good understanding of software development practices and web/mobile technologies Experience of using work management tools such as Jira, Trello & Confluence Able to produce high quality supporting artefacts to assist the team in development of the feature Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and technical delivery teams translating concepts into language that is easily understood by both parties
