We are hiring a Digital Product Manager a strong background in building and launching IOT software products to join the Schneider Electric Prosumer Solar Storage team in the US reporting to the Senior Director of SW Product - Energy.

 

What will you do?

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to set the product roadmap based on the vision that has been set for the product, and ensure its successful execution. Define and prioritize product features and requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.Work with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.Monitor and analyze product usage data to drive continuous improvement and optimization.Oversee all stages of product creation, from design to development. Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage.Participate in Backlog grooming, Scrum meetings and product sprints.Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for projects and collaborate across swimlanes to define requirements.
