Our client, a large financial institution in Canada is looking to hire a Digital Product Owner for an initial 8-month contract position with a strong chance of extension.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Creating new ideas to improve customer experience Developing business cases with internal stakeholders Using the HCD approach for product development Leading the team in maintaining performance against digital KPIs Sharing product dashboards and reports Launching new digital services Directing the team  Gathering necessary requirements Qualifications: 5-7 years of relevant experience Digital marketing experience (web analytics, SEO, campaign management) Experience using Adobe Analytics or Adobe Experience Owner Knows how to use UX Excellent communication skills and can communicate any business needs and visions to management and stakeholders Prior experience in the financial industry or knowledge of mortgages and loans Experience using Salesforce
