As a key leader in this initiative, you'll define the product/platform strategy and vision, plan the product roadmap, drive product delivery with our team, and measure and optimize business impact and value creation. Your role will be crucial in shaping the future of healthcare technology at Sanofi. **Your key responsibilities will be to:** + Own the product from a "What" and "Why" perspective and thus play a critical part in shaping the platform’s strategic direction and ambitions to generate significant value + Define, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis + Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departments + Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint + Manage backlog prioritization of work + Work with agile coach and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues + Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible + Be the face & voice of the Product with users, business stakeholders, executives.
