Digital Product Owner (DPO)

Act as Digital Product Owner for data-driven or AI/ML relevant solutions or digital products for China markets. The solutions or digital products include not only the ones for MED, but also the ones for RMS, IQS, VIS or other SBUs.

Lead the user research and develop customer journey map to understand the customer pain points together with UX designerLead the design of the target customer journey map with potential opportunities and concepts to address customer needs together with UX designerCollect and understand the requirements from different stakeholders, including business units within ZEISS, customers and end-users of digital products or solutionsDefine the customer requirements for digital development team and validate the deliverables on behalf of stakeholdersLead the POC of data relevant topics together with data scientistManage the product backlog for scrum teamOrchestrates a cross-disciplinary team and ensure the agile delivery of the projects according to ZEISS standards and requirementsWork closely together with the development team to steer the development project, reprioritize where required and conduct recurring roadmap planning and frequent feedback as neededContinuously communicate with internal and external stakeholders to make sure the product fulfills its purposeOrganize and drive measures (e.g., training, etc.) to make sure the digital product is being used and delivers to promisePlay an active role in risk, issue, and escalation management of programs, projects, and product developments to top management/DTO
