Powering Personalized ExperiencesAs a Digital Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing Home Hardware’s digital strategy by driving the development and implementation of the multi-year Customer Data Platform roadmap. Led by the Digital Product Manager, this position suits someone who has a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Data Lake, data transformation pipelines, and MarTech ecosystems to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. Ready to make an impact? Here’s how:  Own and execute the CDP product roadmap, managing end-to-end delivery of key features and integrations.Working closely with Marketing and IT teams, gather, document, and refine technical and business requirements for the CDP and support the evolution of the CDP to enhance customer data insights, segmentation, and activation. Manage the product backlog, including ticket grooming, prioritization, and acceptance testing.Oversee data integrations and transformations between Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Data Lake, and other data sources to ensure data consistency and usability.Partner/collaborate with UX/UI, Developers, Architects, and other cross functional teams across Home Hardware to enhance digital products. We’re looking for: Diploma in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Communications or related field with 1-2 years of experience. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Analytics Programs such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
