Digital Product Specialist
The Digital Product Specialist executes lead generating marketing promotions and digital campaigns to effectively engage and interact with targeted audiences.

General Responsibilities
• Assists with prospect databases and demand generation/marketing automation technology to achieve objectives
• Participants in digital marketing campaigns to promote lead generation
• Applies deep understanding of company’s products, the competitive industry and company posture in the marketplace in responses to inquiries
• Coordinates qualified leads (from Pardot) to sales team for appropriate follow-up
• Assists with reports and tracks outreach/response analytics from email, website response/ inquiries, social media and direct messaging
• Coordinates results of promotions 

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

Additional Responsibilities

Ensure product information across external websites and internal tools is accurate and complete by working closely with the team responsible for updates.Conduct regular audits of product data to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors.Develop and enforce guidelines for the structure and presentation of product information to ensure a consistent user experience.Work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and IT to gather and verify product data, and coordinate with the team responsible for implementing updates.Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and tools, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.Create and maintain documentation for data management processes and guidelines.Provide training and support to team members on data management best practices and tools.Generate reports on data accuracy, completeness, and other key metrics to inform decision-making.

Desired Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to conduct regular audits of product data to identify and correct inconsistencies or errorsExperience working with and managing product documentation, including its use within external partnersProficiency with data management tools and content management systems (e.g., PIM, CMS).Focus on product hierarchy and structure (with understanding of engineering concepts a plus)Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with SEO principles and web analytics tools.
