Position Description:
Digital Production Associate will be responsible and accountable for the development and testing of the new and derivative digital marketing materials / assets (Emails, Banners, Veeva Approved Emails, Interactive Visual Aids / iDetails). Digital Production Associate will work closely with the Digital Production Leads and Digital Project Managers. Digital Production Associate will support the delivery of complaint digital products with strong focus on user experience, performance, and accessibility. The role will be crucial in making digital marketing material / assets both functional and user friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
Web design and Development: Writing clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable HTML, CSS, JavaScript code to translate creative design mock-ups and wireframes into functional, visually stunning, and responsive web interfacesUser Interface Development: Ensuring web interfaces works seamlessly across different browsers on various devices to ensure consistent user experienceVersion Control: Managing development versions with version control systems like GitHub to manage code and collaborate with other inhouse teamsTesting and Debugging: Identifying and fixing issues in the web application and conduct thorough testingBeing Agile: Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to front end developmentStay Current: Staying up to date with latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance skills and maintain relevance. Have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and toolsCompliance: Ensuring quality, value, and compliance throughout the development Lifecycle. Partnering with the external stakeholders (Agency of Record, other vendors, etc.) to ensure quality and complianceActively participate in deviation investigations, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts as the role dictatesAnticipate potential challenges and proactively communicate with the Digital Project Manager. Support Digital Project Manager with the possible solutions and to take the right decisionBasic Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or in the related fieldMinimum 2-3 years of experience in the front-end developmentPro efficient in front end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)Strong understanding of responsive web developmentExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and knowledge database systems (ex: SQL, MySQL)Experience in end-to-end development of Veeva Approved emails and iDetail (CLM/iVA), GWD banners.Good communication skills to understand project requirement and provide update to the Digital Project Manager and other stakeholdersAbility to work within a team as a strong team player and to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across differentAdditional Skills/ Preferences:
