Digital Project Management:

Lead or participate in the planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of digital projects, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery.Manage project teams, coordinate internal and external resources, and address issues and challenges encountered during project execution.Monitor project progress, evaluate project performance, and adjust project plans promptly in response to changes.

Main Tasks

Cross-Departmental Communication & Collaboration:

Serve as the central coordinator for digital projects, collaborating closely with IT, business, marketing, and other departments to ensure digital projects align with business needs.Facilitate information sharing and collaborative work across departments to drive the implementation of digital transformation at all levels of the company.

Communication & Internal Channel/ Events :

Responsible for the construction and maintenance of internal communication channels, including but not limited to the company's internal communication system, mailing lists, internal forums, etc., to ensure the smooth transmission and effective communication of information.Internal channel optimization: Analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of existing internal communication channels, propose and implement optimization plans to improve the efficiency and quality of internal communication.Event planning and execution: plan and organize internal activities (such as team building, cultural promotion, training seminars, etc.) according to the company's strategy and business needs to enhance staff's sense of belonging and team cohesion.Brand and culture communication: Responsible for the internal communication of the company's brand culture, through various channels and ways, so that employees can deeply understand and identify with the company culture.

External Partnerships & Collaborations:

Establish and maintain partnerships with digital solution providers, research institutions, and other external partners.Leverage external resources to support the successful implementation of the company's digital transformation projects.
