We seek an experienced and driven Digital Program Manager to join our Digital Innovation & AI team within Global Manufacturing & Supply / Global Quality Data Digital & Technology (GMS/GQ DD&T). Our team strives to lead digital innovation in the pharmaceutical industry by identifying capability gaps, designing solutions, accelerating experiments, conducting market research, and enhancing business operations. A good candidate will have a proven ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, manage through ambiguity, while keeping focus on key strategic opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in existing product lifecycle processesGuide team on how to use scrum and agile practices to improve collaboration and team outputManage interdependencies, facilitate escalations, measure and track initiativesTranslate data-driven insights into clear strategies and present analyses to technical and non-technical audiences Step in as product owner and prioritize backlogs for initiatives, when neededStay up to date with digital trends, formulate perspective, and share findingsBe a solid team player with no direct reports, and have a strong ability to influence othersBuild and manage dashboards using different visualization tools, and teach others how to self-serve where possibleFoster relationships with industry partners who have innovative technological capabilities, and identify how to leverage these solutions within Takeda, specifically for the Global Manufacturing & Supply / Global Quality (GMS/GQ) business unit
Skills and Requirements:
12+ years real-world experience in conducting analysis, managing portfolio of concurrent projects, and defining key business metricsAbility to oversee multiple concurrent workstreams in a dynamic environment across a very matrixed organization spanning multiple geographiesHands-on and influential leader who is meticulously detailed-orientedExcellent presentation and communication skills with ability to tell a story in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences is requiredExperience operating in a regulated environment, e.g. SOX, GxPFirm grasp of industry, digital, and artificial intelligence trends and market conditionsSkilled in agile product development and use of Jira, Confluence, MiroExperience using Microsoft Power Platform and data visualization toolsExperience in biopharmaceutical or manufacturing industry with understanding of applicable compliance, is a plusWhere You Will Be:

$133,000.00 - $209,000.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
