Digital Project Delivery Lead

To ensure an appropriately detailed project plan is developed and managed throughout the life cycle of the project, identifying Business Objectives and Scope, Governance, Risk / Issue control, Schedule including resourcing, Milestones and Results, Change control, as well as effective Sponsor and Stakeholder management.

                                                                                                                                            

Position Responsibilities:

Project scheduling and planning to support digital platform delivery for Agency Distribution.Accountability for all aspects of delivery including risks, issues, scope, cost, and timeline.Work with business unit and workstream leads to accurately compile an estimate for an agreed scope of work. Structure an estimate according to the most appropriate model and effectively communicate to all stakeholders.Track and report the financial status of a project against the current estimate.Work with an onshore/offshore resource model.Track projects to maintain a real-time picture of status and priority, facilitating adaptability in the face of changing business priorities.Collaborate closely with line managers to ensure projects are resourced appropriately and that workstreams proposed by the relevant functions have the appropriate skills and experience.Delivering Agile and Waterfall ProjectsTransition of solutions to BAU support teams both within Agency Distribution and for our technical support partners.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (such as business administration, information technology, computer science, etc).Proven experience as a Project Manager.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.Willing to work On-site in Makati City.
