Digital Project Leader
Based in Brest, our Digital Project Leader will lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams from design to delivery of fully-developed digital products that are ready for customer use. You will be monitoring performance and recommending scheduled changes or resource additions. This role includes investigating facts and developing solutions to problems during the design and planning phases. You will provide timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.  

What you will do:

Be the single point of contact for Digital initiatives​Collaborate with BU leadership and co-workers to define, manage and own initiative scope in a digital environment​Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure for an initiative linked to multiple software releases​Develop and manage the detailed program Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones in the context of digital roadmaps for multiple software application within an Ecosystem.Own the initiative scheduleCreate program budget with cross-functional managers and directors; optimize, monitor, and maintain costs within budgetDevelop a risk management plan for the initiative; Identify, analyze, and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response planEstimate, acquire and assign cross functional program resources; define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team memberDevelop a Stakeholder engagement plan for the program, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of Stakeholder expectations and requirementsDevelop and Execute communications management plan for program team, key stakeholders, and business leaders

Required:

Minimum master’s degree in a science or engineering discipline, clinical or related fields​6+ years of work experience 

Preferred:

PMP or PgMP or equivalent preferred ​Proficiency in Excel,  MS project or other planning tool
