Digital Project Manager (Affinity Insurance)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Experience Management (CXM) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a project manager in the Client Experience Management (CXM) team in Digital/Affinity, you will work with the regional management and our local practices to help companies across Europe develop and implement digital strategies and experiences to serve their clients better.

Digital Project Manager (Affinity Insurance)

We will count on you to:

Deliver Pan-European projects to service clients across various industries in Europe, focusing on Affinity type of business in general: Automotive, Mobility & Sharing economy, Device, Sponsor programmesSteer affinity projects from A to Z, from sales pitching Marsh digital capabilities & formalizing business cases to project management execution, after-launch monitoring & performance assessment based on predefined KPIs with the business/the clientBuild meaningful customer journeys & promote a client-centric approach: comprehensive understanding of client business models & insurance touchpointsSet up governance, aggregate risks, actions & opportunities in an elaborated way driving the decision-making process, facilitate steering committeesParticipate in client-facing activities from project scoping to project delivery: Marsh capabilities sales pitch & affinity client executives support, respond to tenders, requirements capture, set up project governance with clientsSupport client acquisition and retention activities with analytics, business metric modeling, and presentation & pitch developmentLead scoping workshops by co-building customer experiences with clients across EuropeResponsible for the development and management of reporting for the affinity segment across EuropeSupport digital client integrations and program set-up in multi-country or local projects

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degreeAt least 2 years of relevant work experience in fields touching digital platform development, analytics, project management, and consultingExceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skillsAbility to think outside the box in complex environments and challenge the status quoStrong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English; further languages are a plusProven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activitiesAbility to prioritize work and meet deadlines with a can-do attitudeOpen-minded, outgoing, positive personality with a high level of intellectual curiosity
