As a product owner and project manager, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end lifecycle of software solutions and partner integrations in the insurance space. You play a pivotal role in orchestrating cross-functional teams enabling business transitions. Your expertise lies in seamlessly navigating rapidly-evolving environments, all while ensuring successful execution within Agile methodologies. Here is what we are looking for:

What You’ll Do:

Team Leadership and Empowerment:Plan, lead, organize, and motivate Agile project teams.Foster a high level of performance and quality within the team.Hold teams accountable for their work and mentor less experienced members.Remove obstacles to enhance productivity.Ensure each team member contributes meaningfully and is fully engaged in the project.Project Management:Keep track of project schedules and scope.Balance timely value deliveries with project goals.Organize and lead working and project status meetings.Deliver Agile projects that provide outstanding business value to users.Collaborate closely with product owners to manage stakeholder communications and expectations.Implement an effective project governance system.Product Development:Own product development from top to bottom.Manage the backlog of features.Make decisions on priorities aligned with business objectives.Oversee frontend and APIs development using technologies like NodeJS, JS,.NET Core, C#, MS Azure Cloud.User Stories and Documentation:Passionately craft outstanding user stories.Maintain meticulous documentation practices.Prioritize and maintain a comprehensive product backlog.Collaboration and Communication:Lead product planning efforts.Collaborate effectively with engineers.Ensure clarity and order throughout the project lifecycle.Execute project plans and partner integrations.

Must Have:

Delivery: Demonstrated stellar performance in software delivery within complex business and technical environments (5-8 years).Documentation Proficiency: Skilled in creating business workflows, UML diagrams, and clear documentation. Proficient in tools like Jira and Confluence.Remote Collaboration: Experience working with highly distributed teams.Global Exposure: International experience is essential.Language Mastery: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, allowing seamless interaction with developers and executives.
