This role supports Asplundh in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, seeking out new business opportunities, providing clients with knowledgeable advice, guiding their choices, promptly resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Foster client relationships, drive satisfaction and collaborate with teams to achieve goals through strategic account management. Provide comprehensive product and service consultations, guiding clients' decision-making processes. Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting and leveraging existing Asplundh relationships. Develop and implement strategies to grow Asplundh's presence in the digital asset management space. Shape and manage the sales strategy from initial engagement to closing. Identify target customer needs and develop effective profiles to address them. Translate advanced knowledge of network and asset management, and new technology trends into complex customer solutions. Be an expert visual storyteller and negotiator across all organizational levels.Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Management, Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field At least 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role focusing on closing new business across enterprise-level customers Communication, interpersonal relations, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and project management Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships and manage the sales cycle for large customers Experience working with utility clients and their specific business processes around vegetation management. Experience with utility or asset-related maintenance technology platforms General knowledge of data science and spatial analysis and how it is used for problem-solving and uncovering patterns and trends within organizations and associated technologies.
