The Digital Resilience Analyst is a strategic professional who supports, within a small team, the Digital Resilience strategy implementation, aligned to the new Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) implemented by the European Union (EU) regulatory authorities with the aim to strengthen resilience of the Financial Industry in the European Union. Citi’s global operating model, the use of global IT and Cyber solutions, made Digital Resilience a pillar under Citi’s Global Enterprise Resilience strategy. Digital Resilience requirements will continuously change and develop, as a result the candidate must stay abreast of developments and translates them to directional strategy proposals by considering their application in own job and the business. They must join industry forums as we recognize industry direction related to Digital Resilience and benchmark against Citi Resiliency strategy with aim of continuous improvement. When implementing a global digital resilience framework, there are typically multiple people within the business/functions that need to provide subject matter expertise which need to be coordinated. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, to contribute and deliver to the Digital Resiliency program. This includes working with senior partners across Citi's global organisation. The candidate has a significant impact in implementing new regulations, i.e. DORA, through complex deliverables. Their work impacts the entire area of Digital Resilience Globally, which affects the overall performance and effectiveness of Citi’s Enterprise Resilience function. **Responsibilities:** + The Digital Resilience - Senior Analyst/ AVP supports Citigroup's Continuity of Business (COB) organization within Global Operations & Technology Risk Management (OTRM). + The role of the Senior Analyst is to conduct quality assurance (“QA”) reviews on Continuity of Business (COB) third party vendors across all Global Products/Functions (“Sectors”) and Regions by applying a risk-based methodology. + Produce requirements documentation in both written and diagrammatic form. + Data analysis and Excel modeling skills. + Business knowledge of documentation type and purpose. + Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. + Track record as a strong analyst – recognized as able to deliver work in pressured environments. + Hands on approach and able to manage own work load whilst taking direction. + Attention to detail and ability to discuss document and confirm process flows. + Sufficiently experienced to provide feedback for areas of improvement and realign strategy accordingly. + Collaborative approach, must be able to work closely with senior business sponsors and promote consensus decisions that are right for the organization. + Flexibility and Autonomy are essential as some travel and out of hours work may be required. + Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. + Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. + Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. **Qualifications:** + Relevant experience in Third Party/third party oversight, risk and relationship management. + Experience of technology project management, Data modeling and workflow mapping. + Experience working with internal/external audit/regulatory groups is preferred. + Advanced project management, data analysis and reporting ability; with a good understanding of supporting technologies (applications, reporting tools, and data presentation). **Education:** + Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience **What we’ll provide you:** By joining Citi, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week), but also receive a competitive base salary (which is annually reviewed), and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits such as: + 27 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + A discretional annual performance related bonus + Private Medical Care & Life Insurance + Employee Assistance Program + Pension Plan + Paid Parental Leave + Special discounts for employees, family, and friends + Access to an array of learning and development resources Alongside these benefits Citi is committed to ensuring our workplace is where everyone feels comfortable coming to work as their whole self, every day.
