Digital Retail Marketing Specialist
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the digital retail marketing industry at our location in CONYERS, Georgia, 30012, United States. The successful candidate will join our team as a Project Manager: I, overseeing a variety of digital marketing tasks, including project management, content creation, product reviews, and day-to-day activities. Responsibilities: • Oversee and coordinate various digital marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery. • Develop and optimize high-quality content for product listings, including images, descriptions, and multimedia elements. • Manage and respond to customer reviews, maintaining a positive brand image and addressing any concerns promptly. • Assist with various marketing activities and performance analysis. • Work closely with Home Center and Digital Retail sales teams. • Maintain accurate customer credit records. • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action. Requirements • Proficient in analytics and able to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. • Demonstrated ability to ensure quality across all project aspects. • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a digital environment. • Skilled in planning and executing marketing activities. • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to optimize processes and strategies for improved results. • Proficient in the use of e-commerce applications. • Experience in retail sales and understanding of retail marketing strategies. • Skilled in content creation for various multimedia platforms. • Ability to effectively use 'Join Me' or similar project management tools. • Proven ability to maintain and enhance brand image. • Skilled in performance analysis to evaluate project outcomes. • Experience with Salsify or similar product listing platforms. • Comfortable working onsite, when required. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
