The role:

To manage a portfolio of BA and Joint Business corporate and/or trade partners to maximize revenue & drive tactical activity and performances across Germany and Europe – Dublin based.

As a Digital Sales Account Manager with British Airways, you'll have a great opportunity to  grow your sales career even further as part of our successful, supportive and driven Dublin based team.  You'll need to demonstrate your excellent sales ability, analysis skills and be a strong communicator with the ability to both negotiate and build successful relationships with both customers and colleagues. A strong work ethic is a must. 

What you’ll do:

Deliver revenue by understanding customer needs and matching to relevant products.Use data led insights and analysis to drive revenue generating/share shifting actions.Cultivate Decision making unit in accounts to expand influence map.Conduct medium touch performance reviews to drive deal performance via digital tools/remotely and face to face.Negotiation of bespoke and templated deals, implementing SMA activities and allocation waiver and favours budget.Sourcing new business opportunities.Upsell opportunities to existing customer base.Delivery of digital and face to face conferencing/trainingDeliver enhanced data quality and customer insight, and feeding back market intelligence.Define account development plans for high touch and strategic accounts.Strengthen relationships by acting as a touchpoint for escalation of issues or waiver/favour initiationFace of BA/IB to the market, and represent the views from market.Representation for BA/IB and collaboration with joint partners.

Your experience:

Good account management or equivalent commercial experience Fluency in German an advantage, but not essential
