Digital Sales Admin with German

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Representing the German Sales Desk as a central point of contact for internal and external customers. Continuously reviewing and manage the DACH Sales Mailboxes to ensure efficient and effective query resolution. Sorting all incoming Purchase Orders / enquiries / request for quotation (RFQ) received by the German Sales Desk in the incoming Mailbox to the right Business Units. This involves clarifications and efficient visibility, so that the internal customers can continue their process steps.  Investigating and redirecting all non-German Sales Office related enquiries, requests for quotes and orders to the relevant business units / sales offices / sales contacts received at German Sales Desk and advice customer as to alternative route for support. Processing online requests. Logging requests into relevant business systems in accordance with Emerson Gold Standard. Serve as point of contact for problem resolution when necessary  Handling X-BU portals: administrating, updating and maintaining the data in the portals, being the central point of contact for questions and support for internal and external stakeholders. Helping customers and internal stakeholders with our digital platforms and integrations Supporting the Manager Digital Business & eCommerce DACH for activities around the digital platforms such as MyEmerson or others.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's Degree Minimum 1 year professional working experience Good knowledge of German language (verbal and written) Proficiency in English language Knowledge in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Working experience in Customer Service, Administration or in a similar role
