Digital Sales Coordinator

The position is responsible for managing digital sales, campaigns, customer relationship management (CRM), and month-over-month lead generation to ensure the achievement of objectives.
Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field) 1-3 years in digital sales, marketing, or a similar role. Experience managing teams Strong communication skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) Data analytics skillsManage and maintain the dealership's website, digital lead management system (LMS) and digital team. Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate digital projects across the dealer network. This includes defining objectives and monitoring performance (KPI's) to guarantee digital sales. Strong collaboration across Marketing, Sales, CX and other relevant teams. Maintain a consistent brand presence across all dealership's social media channels and digital platforms. Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Develop and implement new growth strategies for the website and LMS. Plan, execute, and analyze A/B testing and conversion experiments to optimize performance. Implement automation technologies such as Chatbots and CRMs to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
