Digital Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

Digital sales order entryCoordinates creative and traffic for digital advertising campaignsPrepares campaign forms and reportsAssists with station contesting, sweepstakes, promotions and special projectsAssists general sales manager with duties as assignedAssists sales team with linear reporting, order entry and coordinationOther duties as assigned

Qualifications:

BA or BS in Business Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred1-2 years working in a digital marketing support roleFoundational knowledge of local digital marketing tactics such as SEM, OTT, Display, Digital Video and Social Media Marketing.Resourceful, self-motivated and a skillful multi-taskerEffective communication and client presentation skillsExcellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detailCapable of working effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficient in MS Products including Excel, PowerPoint, Forms and Canva. Experience with media industry order and traffic systems (Wide Orbit) a plus.
