Ideagen is on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Digital Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role is pivotal in driving digital sales, enhancing revenue through innovative digital platforms and technologies. Your mission will be to upsell and cross-sell our software solutions to existing clients, thereby increasing Annual Recurring Revenue and ensuring custom

Responsibilities

- Utilise digital communication channels to engage with customers, nurture leads, and retain business.
- Analyse customer data to tailor sales strategies, ensuring solutions are relevant and effective.
- Apply persuasive communication and sales techniques to secure conversions, provide demonstrations, and negotiate deals.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, following up on leads and devising tailored digital sales strategies.
- Plan and execute digital sales campaigns, analyse performance data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Be the primary contact for customer inquiries related to digital sales campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and completion of RTN

Skills and Experience

- A good understanding of digital platforms and technologies.
- Ability to analyse customer data and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Proven Track Record of Meeting and Exceeding Sales Targets 
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
