Job Description

As the Digital Sales Intern you'll work with a team to generate qualified sales leads and develop them into opportunities and sales revenue to drive growth. You'll develop and execute initiatives to drive meaningful engagement with prospects/customers and create an exceptional customer experience using advanced remote selling skills.

In one of our internship roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:  

Students must have completed 2-3 years toward a four-year college degree; preferably in Sales, Business, Economics, Marketing, communications, Finance or related field. 

A minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. 

Demonstrated analytical and communication skills. 

Demonstrated leadership skills and community service involvement. 

Innovative thinking that challenges the status quo. 

​Microsoft Office program proficiency. 

Prior internship and/or work experience is preferred. 

Students must be authorized to work indefinitely in the U.S. on a regular full-time basis.

Starting Hourly Wage: $22.00 USD 

 

Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes the above starting wage offer and is eligible for overtime pay. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
