Priniple Duties and Responsibilities :
Improvement of Platform/Applications – External and Internal:
You need to support manager to research/analyze competitors, customers, other industries, and our back end data to generate ideas on platforms/applications (B2B, SFE, etc.) to optimize customer experience (eg: customer purchasing, customer searching, sales team visit, etc.) in alignment with the business strategy. You are responsible to run project management and execute sales operation optimization projects to drive on time delivery and desired results. You need to provide data analysis report on customer behavior and customer experience to optimize product launch method, promotional method, web pages display etc. You act as the tier 1 support on designated platforms to internal customers to help users utilize the Apps smoothly and troubleshoot where requiredOperation Excellence of Platform/Application:
You are responsible to provide data/analytical input to line manger on operation excellence metrics based on the functions and operational processes on platforms/applications to make sure operational excellence. You are request to execute desired changes in current processes and operations as aligned with key stakeholders. You need to ensure implementation of operational standards in aligned with affected services.Routine Operation on Platform/Application:
You contribute to contribute to daily platforms/applications operation including data updates, process controls and results feedback. You are requst to explain the logic and details of new function to guide customer better understand and use platforms/applications.Requried Experience and Skills:
You with Bachelors' degree, 3~5years+ experience related to operation of digital platforms project management. You with good logical thinking and effective cross-functional communication skill. You are a responsibility and proactive person. You with related experience on directly operating customer purchasing platform/application or sales force management application is preferred. You are experience in automobile aftermarket related industries is a plus. You with effective cross-functional communication skill, fluent in English would be a plus. You are good at PPT.
