Job Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Digital Sales Representative focused on selling the Khoros Community Solution to mid-market and enterprise accounts across a defined territory. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to partner with some of the most influential companies, helping them drive meaningful customer engagement through the Khoros Community solution. By joining our team, you’ll be part of an elite sales force dedicated to customer success and industry-leading outcomes.

Responsibilities
Develop a go-to-market strategy for your assigned territory and create a pipeline of prospective new logo opportunities Drive cross-sell, up-sell and expansion opportunities within your territory Identify, qualify and drive new business opportunities for the Khoros Customer Community solution Utilize your prospecting skills and a variety of tools to build and accelerate a steady flow of quality pipeline for new customer acquisitions and to source expansion opportunities within existing accounts Engage with senior executives throughout your assigned territory to position the Khoros value proposition Listen to customer’s needs and become their trusted advisor to guide them through their digital transformation journey Ability to negotiate sound agreements and commercial proposals Collaboratively work with a team of internal resources, including Sales Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Customer Success, Legal, Marketing, and Executives to effectively manage the sales process from end-to-end. Demonstrate excellence in sales forecasting and opportunity management leveraging best in class technologies like Salesforce, Slack, Gong, etc.Requirements
3+ years of quota-carrying B2B mid-market/enterprise sales, new logo experience in a high technology-based SaaS company A consistently top performing seller who thrives on acquiring new customers Self-motivated as an individual and a strong collaborator with your team Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams Customer-centric mindset Excellent analytical and communication skills Able to showcase a learn-it-all mindset vs. a know-it-all mindset Passionate for understanding technology and customer success stories, equally matched by passion for understanding prospective customers’ executive priorities, challenges, and goals Open to coaching and continuously looking for opportunities to improve Experience with MEDDICC preferred
