As the Digital Sales Representative you will systematically develop, support, and implement initiatives to achieve business goals within the business through desk-based sales support to the sales team.
This position is a desk-based position to provide support to the wider sales team across Europe, with the overall objective of growing the product line, within the business. You will actively work with events and marketing team to promote new sales programs and product developments.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support our alternative distribution channels (ADC) in growing the business across the ADC network Pro-active sales follow-up of quotations with the goal of winning the order and see this process through to conclusion of won/lost order Develop strategic growth programs to support future business growth and actively collaborate with internal and external sales teams to increase the business volumes Negotiate sales orders within agreed delegation of authority; Contact dormant accounts to re-engage/reactivate the relationship and explore opportunities Verify that purchase orders are in accordance with the offered financial and technical proposal and resolve any technical-related/commercial issues that occur during the order cycle Identify training needs and define training program for Field Communicator customers; Ensure compliance with legal and Company requirements with regards to Trade ComplianceWho You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Proficiency in English and German with a third European language preferred (written and verbal) and excellent communication skills 2+ years of experience, preferably in commercial and sales support activities or in the process automation field for various industries Demonstrate ability to communicate well across a matrix organization Digital literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Ability to communicate at both technical and commercial level to resolve customer issues Experience of developing successful cross functional relationships internally, within a matrix organization advantageous
