Audacy is looking for a Digital Specialist to support our Digital Marketing Solutions business. Candidates for this role must have experience in the digital space and be able to drive revenue growth for our DMS business across all of our local sales markets.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
Participate on DMS sales calls with Audacy Account ExecutivesPersonally consult local and regional businesses to understand their needs and aspirations so that tailored solutions can be designed, implemented and executed.Training of Audacy sales process, products, operations and the Audacy sales story.Provide feedback to the internal Digital Agency regarding opportunities to improve the overall product offering and general positioning of the company’s product suite.Support markets in achieving their DMS sales goals.Educate sales managers, account executives and digital team members on DMS tools and opportunities.Create and manage sales collateral for DMS client presentations. Work with Digital leadership to develop innovative solutions and product packaging to meet clients’ digital marketing needs.Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.Create and maintain comprehensive DMS sales resources and training materials for internal teams and clients. QualificationsRequired & Preferred:
2+ years sales related experience preferred2+ years digital marketing experience preferred College Degree preferred.Proven success in building client marketing campaigns by utilizing digital platforms (Search, Social, Display, Video)Thorough understanding of advertising and marketingA creative mind to put together unique campaigns focused on solving client needsStrong problem solving skills - you’re someone who identifies a problem as an opportunity to develop businessProficiency in MS Office Programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace ProductsMust be self-motivated, self-disciplined, have a positive attitude and be an effective communicatorA valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
