Digital Sales Support Coordinator

KWKT FOX44 is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Sales Support Coordinator to support our Sales team. The Digital Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy and follow-through of orders related to digital advertising campaigns. This individual will play a critical role in monitoring campaign pacing and deliverables. In addition to managing station promotions, contesting and marketing efforts on the station’s digital platforms. Position is at our Waco location.

• Monitor campaign pacing & deliverables

• Manage order entry and billing reconciliation oversight of digital orders

• Orchestrate creative changes, pull analytic reports & other digital tasking

• Pull website stats and trending data

• Coordinate social campaigns for sales and digital content

• Assist in creating digital content strategy

• Assist with special projects as needed

• Perform basic product, industry and competitive research, document findings in concise format via PowerPoint, Word, Excel, as requested

• Work closely with partner departments(news, sales etc), to gather and organize information

• Assist management with aspects of the digital sales operation including, but not limited to: Digital Sales Materials, Campaign Pacing, Campaign Coordination, Campaign Performance Metrics, Communication with both internal and external teams

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:
• 2+ years of digital marketing, digital advertising sales, digital advertising project management or like experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of the local digital marketing service product offerings
• Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and while collaborating in a team environment
• Effective communication skills & ability to interact positively with co-workers
• Ability to execute in an organization through collaboration and a consultative process
• Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to meet and exceed expectations
• Meaningful contribution in sales meetings, especially on digital marketing topics
• Be an effective partner with the market's sales team in generating digital revenue
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record / reliable vehicle
