vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support
equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in
environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting
preserves.


Responsibilities:


• Perform day to day activities of creating/changing products and accounts, including updating tax exempt
statuses in Shop Sites
• Update and manage marketing business requests in Shop Sites such as banners, graphics, and promotions
• Review and correct daily errors between Commerce Sites and ERP systems, including maintaining logs of
issues, resolutions, and communications for root cause analysis
• Perform monthly audits of product, content, and pricing for catalogs on the commerce site for accuracy by
communicating with other departments and correcting discrepancies as needed to ensure accuracy of
product catalog
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review, log, and follow-up on common errors, issues, and complaints
allowing for a seamless continuous improvement plan to be developed and implemented
• Assist with testing of any changes to the digital environment
• Identify areas for process improvements to ensure a seamless customer service experience
• Support operations as needed to ensure systems and all interfaces are meeting customer requirements
• Maintain documentation of existing and new process
• Perform training to other users as required

Education: Associates Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field requiredYears of Experience: 2 or more years of marketing/communications and/or customer service and ecommerce experience requiredSoftware Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint,
