Digital Services GTM Enablement Manager

This newly founded Digital Services division brings together software products and platforms from across HP, including our robust Print, Document and Workflow Management suite, our Wolf security solutions or the new DEX offering Workforce Experience platform, a cloud-native, AI-driven Employee Experience platform.

Digital Services Global Category team is all about collaborating across HPS and our Commercial Organization to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers, partners and business. Accountable for helping achieve HPS growth targets, by driving increased solutions adoption, defining pricing strategy, and delivering market enablement globally.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional GTM Enablement manager to join our team and play a key role in enabling our go-to-market (GTM) strategy in AMS (North America and Latam) region. This individual will be responsible for providing the tools, resources, training, and processes that empower regional teams (e.g. sales, marketing, category) to successfully execute Digital Services global 4P plans. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a strategic thinker, and a self-starter who thrives in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment. The role requires an understanding of the market landscape and HP’s Digital Services portfolio to convert our solutions into differentiated value propositions. 

Key Responsibilities:

GTM Strategy Alignment:

Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure the successful implementation of the global GTM plans (4P), tailored for the local market.Customize GTM plans and materials to address regional needs, challenges, and opportunities.

Enablement & Training:

Support developing and delivering training programs for regional teams, focusing on GTM processes, sales strategies, product offerings, and competitive positioning.Provide continuous education and support to regional teams on the latest product features, services, and market developments.

Sales Support:

Work closely with the sales team to understand their challenges and provide solutions that drive sales effectiveness.Support with sales enablement tools, such as playbooks, battle cards, and customer-facing presentations, tailored to the regional market.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between regional teams and BU and Global Category functions to ensure seamless execution of strategies and campaigns.Partner with the product team to ensure that the regional teams are well-equipped to articulate product value propositions and handle customer objections effectively.

Performance Tracking & Feedback:

Monitor and report on the performance of regional GTM initiatives, gathering feedback from sales, marketing, and customers to drive continuous improvement.Analyze sales and marketing data to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and suggest improvements.Understand and collect regional customer feedback to act as voice of the customer to global product and operations teams.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regional market dynamics to ensure the GTM strategy remains competitive and relevant.Collect feedback from regional teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for refining the GTM enablement approach.

Requirements:

Experience:5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, marketing operations, or a related field.Proven track record of supporting regional teams in executing GTM strategies and driving sales performance.Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of GTM processes, sales methodologies, and enablement strategies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA or other advanced qualifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in NA or Latam market and fluency in Spanish.Familiarity with product launches, market research, and customer segmentation strategies.Possess strong business, market analytics & solution service acumen skillsAbility to analyze market & develop insights by specific markets

The base pay range for this role is $130,350  to $189,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
