We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

**Position Summary**
The Brand Performance service line from Integrated Marketing Services area acts as an extension of the communication and marketing areas in the markets, carrying out activities on different fronts, working to ensure the success of the Nestlé brands and their digital strategies, accompanying the markets with brands analysis, campaign reports, ad-hoc studies, among others, to support decision making.
**Shift:** Monday to Friday - 09h a 19h.
**A day in the life of...**
+ Development of deep insights for the different markets and categories;
+ Manage and update team's workplan of daily activities and deliverables;
+ Organize and accompany junior associates in their operational tasks with supervision of the People Manager and Analysts;
+ Ensure operational activities and requests from market are processed accurately and timely according to the service level agreements (SLA’s) and performance indicators (KPI's);
+ Tool's setup (custom filters, keywords development, queries, dashboards, contact support..);
+ Identification of improvement opportunities for both deliverables and the team's workflow.
**What will make you successful...**
+ On going degree in social media, communications, marketing, business or related field;
+ Understanding of Social media platforms and its key metrics. (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Blogs etc.) ;
+ Boolean search operators, keywords, query parameters and dashboards.;
+ Social listening tools are an added advantage;
+ Intermediate English;
+ Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
+ Minimum 1 year experience in Social Media Listening or Digital Marketing (desireble from advertising/marketing Agencies);
+ Reporting skills (data visualizations, data storytelling, insights and accurate analysis).
