Main Responsibilities
You will go together & assist Vietnam Digital & Social Commerce Lead to co-develop, manage & drive dCom comprehensive growth strategy agenda & Customer JBP agenda for One Unilever Vietnam.
Key pillars to in-chage including & not limited to Commercial, Media, Livestreaming, Operation, Supply chain, P&L, Distributor, Enablers for growth (Technology, D&A, Capability building, etc.)Co-create and deliver the proposal to VN dCom & sCom Lead following the brief ensure delivering the objectives and aligned with 1UL dCom strategy for growthLead the follow up in further details of deployment of all agenda with internal and external stakeholders ensure results deliveredManage and maintain all related documents that support for the agenda ensure readiness of information and data for business decision making of high levelsStakeholders
External: Customer (all eCommerce platforms), Distributor, AgencyInternal: KA, CSP, dCom Marketing, MarketingMain Performance Indicators

To succeed in this role, it will require:
