Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for R&D Engineers with Industry Domain Expertise to conceptualize, define and build Industry Specific Digital Solutions in our Process Automation Digital Organization. The candidate will be required to identify, document, create boundary condition definitions and articulate the business value proposition for such solutions. Collaborateeffectively with different business units within the organization to collate the knowledge and customer expectations for evaluation and consideration for solution development. Conceptualize digital solutions and develop working prototypes for evaluation and customer demonstration. Develop scenarios for application of Machine Learning / AI with thecross-functional data and developing base algorithm for different scenarios. Working with the customer teams for developing consultative focused solutionsThe work model for the role is : #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to Process Automation business for Process Automation Digital division based in Bangalore, IndiaYou will be mainly accountable for below:Conceptualize designs for value engineering scenarios to incorporate in digital transformation solutions in the Mechanical.Work closely with Customers and Business Units to architect and develop customer centric solutions tailored to their requirements.Agile development of digital solution ‘Proof of Concepts’ to effectively articulate the Customer Value PropositionProvide industry specific domain insights for rich proposal responses by articulating customer value propositionCreate Functional Specifications for innovative Digital Solution & develop Base models together with their initial validation.Agile development of customer centric prototypes / ‘Proof of Concepts’ for focused digital solutions

Qualifications for the role

\tEducation- M. Tech / B. Tech Mechanical \t5-10 years of overall work experience in Reliability domain for Rotary Equipment with significant portion in the Refinery / Petrochemical/Chemical Domain.\tStrong experience in Reliability domain in Hydrocarbon industry.\tHand on experience in Rotary equipment e.g. multistage pumps and/or compressor, turbines, turbochargers, mechanical seals etc, inspection programs, vibration analysis, current signature analysis, lube oil analysis, failure modes, active participation in RCAs and incident investiga-tions. Exposure to reliability matrix and standards, condition-based maintenance, Plant MoC, RCM techniques such as RCFA, FMECA, risk assessment and MTBF analysis of critical rotary equipment, planning of shutdowns/overhauls\tExperience in software applications like Maximo, Meridium, MS Office is considered an added advantage.\tUnderstanding of Industrial Analytics and Enterprise Digital transformation solutions\tStrong understanding of Industry standards such as API, ISO
